Checking In and Making Correct Turns

admin

Coffee is good stuff, community is most important. The Check-In Coffee Truck provides both. We find it a good place to carry through.

There is Mr. Keedran Franklin, the proprietor of The Check-In Coffee. He doesn’t stop trying to make things happen so the world can be better.

Othello Jackson is very much a painter. He is going to Lemoyne-Owen College and studying hard to “grow and gain knowledge.”

We found some space at The Check-In to put some tables. They are useful and he is continuing to work on his trade on the surfaces. If you need or want such a thing and are in the area, you can support Othello’s pursuits. Check out his and other Tech Wolves works in the Shop.

Othelloa “Artz” Jackson showing off his work. It is available through here or at 1798 Winchester.

Once that was done, we went and met up with the Mid South Woodturners. They are eager to spread their craft with all and have some funny stories along the way.

Rick explained how he wanted a sky light in the top of his house and so he went up there with a chainsaw and cut out the center of his roof. He does very nice work and so the finished product is excellent.

Sam Watson gives a clear explanation of the process for making a pen, which is a good project to build our skills.
